This was my first time at Advanced Skincare. I came here for dermatology treatment for my skin issues that I have been dealing with for some time now. I arrived feeling tired and frustrated with my skin issues, but left feeling better knowing that I was taken care of, received appropriate treatment, and that it is going to be ok. This place is awesome! The entire staff is amazing and friendly. From the ladies at the front desk to the last person that helps you. Suzanne Freesemann is excellent! She is very thorough with being informative and explaining everything, and the different options available. She and the entire staff get the job done while making you feel comfortable and welcome. I’m so happy that Advanced Skincare is my dermatology home, because I know I’m in good hands. Thank you everyone at Advanced skincare!

Absolutely fabulous service on every level here. From the ladies at the front desk to the people that room you to the physicians themselves, you are made to feel completely welcomed and supported. Not inexpensive business to receive services by any means but paying for the service(s) you receive here is made a little bit easier when you reflect on your overall encounter (outstanding service and how you have been treated and valued patient/ customer, and the effectiveness of treatment). The concerns you bring to this office with regard to your health or listen to and taken seriously. Questions and dialogue with all staff, especially physicians, or encouraged and welcome to. This is not the case in all dermatology offices. Special thanks to the staff at Advanced Skincare for your kindness, patience, and support.
